AutoLyk’s Refund and Cancellation Policy

As AutoLyk.com deals in non-tangible irrevocable goods, refunds are not issued once an order is completed and the product/service is sent. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand this policy before making any purchases on our site.

1. Non-Delivery of the Product/Service:

If the order delivery has commenced, it will be completed at the earliest, and no refunds will be issued once processing has started.

2. Product/Service Not-as-Described:
Customers experiencing issues with the product not matching its description must report the matter to our support department within 72 hours from the date of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided to demonstrate that the purchased product does not align with the description on the website.

Complaints based solely on false expectations or wishes are not honored. Our support team is committed to providing professional assistance promptly.

– Services that have been fully delivered and confirmed.
